Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen is a Vietnamese restaurant in Vancouver, Canada founded by Ms. Ganh. Ms. Ganh draws inspiration from her family’s story, a representative of a multi-generational family in Vietnamese cuisine, to build the Ganh brand.
Objectives:
- Introduce the Ganh brand to potential customers in Vancouver.
- Showcase the essence of Vietnamese cuisine through traditional dishes cooked by family chefs.
- Provide customers with an authentic and cozy Vietnamese dining experience.
Solutions:
- Brand Design: Inspired by the story of Ms. Ganh’s family, the Ganh logo is designed with an image of a woman in traditional áo dài attire, carrying a pole with a basket of phở on her shoulder, gracefully walking home, her face beaming with a smile after a successful market day.
- Capture visually appealing and enticing photos of Ganh’s dishes, while showcasing the refinement in preparation and presentation.
- Production of promotional videos: Introduce the story of the Ganh brand, filmed in Hội An, Vietnam.
- Design a sleek website for Ganh, infused with the spirit of Vietnamese heritage, user-friendly, and providing comprehensive information about the brand, menu, and locations.
Results:
The project demonstrates a harmonious combination of creative design, engaging content, and meaningful messaging. It helped the Ganh brand quickly and successfully introduce itself to potential customers in Vancouver and received positive feedback.
